Phone repair and Iphone repair in Singapore

Phones, what we will do without them…

Modern life has made the smartphone a necessity. They say dogs are a man’s best friend I think the smartphone is a man’s best companion. Rarely will you find anyone without a smartphone these days? And they are gradually replacing every small accessory we use to carry from wallets to bank cards and soon we won’t need car keys anymore. Soon we will lock, unlock and drive cars remotely via our smartphones.

But what happens when our smartphone breaks down. Aha!  (It rarely happens if you check the best chinese smartphone on  Johnalexpro.com  😉 )

Now you start to wonder and ask questions like

  • Where can I get my phone repaired?
  • How long will it take?
  • How much will it cost?

Now suppose the warranty on your phone is long gone and you’ve cracked the screen or damaged it one way or the other. Fixing it is the next course of action but know that repairing a phone will depend on the type and quality of the phone. Cheap phones are easy to repair or replace but a high-end phone not so much. For most smartphones, the easiest thing to fix is the screen. All you need to do is look for a repair tutorial manual/video (if you want to DIY) and follow the steps. Again this can work on cheap phones but on high-quality expensive phones the process might be complicated. If you have ever tried to repair an iPhone then you know what I am talking about.

Your iPhone packs an impressive array of components into one small piece of hardware and if you tinker with any single component it might spell a recipe for disaster. One faithful day my friend decided to play a prank on me and the result was my iPhone falling down the stairs before my eyes. Needless to say, it did not survive its trip down the stairs. My immediate reaction was to take it to the nearest apple store then I remembered I had canceled my apple care.

Yeah I know, oh! I shouldn’t have uh-huh.

Frankly, I didn’t see the need to pay for apple care for a $1000+ iPhone that I might replace in a years’ time and besides we all know how expensive apple care can be for the iPhone X. Now the genius adventurous part of my brain got me thinking, what if I could look up one of those DIY websites on how to fix iPhones and do the repairs myself. Genius right, wrong! If you are not a certified technician or at least someone that knows a thing or two about electronic devices and you open up an iPhone to fix a problem, let me say this clearly, you are one step away from buying a new iPhone, my friend. Not to say DIY sites for electronic repairs are useless on the contrary they are very useful and can save you a ton of money but it’s useful for engineering students.

The next thing that came to mind was to find a repair shop to fix the mess I got myself into but I was in Singapore. It’s an Island country in Southeast Asia. So I took out my laptop and searched for iPhone repair shops. After searching and almost giving up I saw a site www.breakfixnow.com.sg   (the website of a company that repairs phones in Singapore) I had missed, I clicked on it … and voila, my phone was as good as new.
