Hello, my name is David and I’m an accountant working in the same profession from last seventeen years today I will be sharing a Instance when I was working on my clients Company file. My client had a restaurant and I usually worked once a month for him to do his payroll and stuff. He has been using quickbooks since he started business to record all his business activities,

So once when I opened his company file I encountered an error message “ QuickBooks Error -6000, – 301: An Error Occurred while QuickBooks company file was accessed. “ This was the first time in my carrier when I saw this error on quickbooks but I didn’t panic and researched about it on google, then I got to know this error message is categorised as QuickBooks Data Damage Error and is encountered on QuickBooks Desktop Incase there is some malfunctioning or Data damage on your QuickBooks Company File, after reading this I was a little worried and there were several thoughts coming in my mind like what would be my clients reaction it and is it fixable or I will lose all the information contained in the company file.

After thinking about it for some time I thought at least I should inform about this to my client and I finally called him and explained the scenario and his reaction was unbelievable.

He just said David don’t worry, It happens on quickbooks and can be easily fixed and that point of time I felt a bit relaxed and asked him how this can be fixed. He just gave the QuickBooks Customer Service number and told me to call the number and co-ordinate with the technicians available there. So I dialled the number for Quickbooks Technical Support and a Technician assisted em to fix QuickBooks Data Damage Error.

It took almost 70 minutes for him to fix the problem but it was very convenient for me as he just had to remote in to my computer after that he took care of everything on his own, I was just providing him the needful information on phone and the best part was that everything was fixed to normal without any data loss. I was really very satisfied with the services provided to me by QuickBooks Support Team.
