AppOne Radio World Review

Gone are the days of analog radios this is the era of the Internet radio. Of course internet radio still performs the same task but only better with a distinct advantage in that, you can listen to radio station across national boundaries without the radio station being present in that particular country. Anyway these days many people still use internet radio for hassle-free audio content, whether it’s music, talk shows, or whatever else. You can tune in on actual radio stations if you want to and it’s all available for free.

Now I have used many different online radio apps some good and others not so good. That’s why when I was told to review the Radio World app … eh! Let’s just say I was skeptical but from the moment I downloaded it … read out the review to find out what I think of the app.

First off, according to the developers as stated on the app, radio channels are available in Mandarin Chinese, English, Spanish, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Bengali, Portuguese, French, Indonesian, Urdu, German, Japanese, western Punjabi, Javanese, Chinese Wu, Telugu, Korean, Tamil, Marathi, Turkish, Vietnamese, Italian, Cantonese, Iranian Persian, Gujarati, Burmese, Polish, Ukrainian, Hebrew, Swedish, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish and in more languages.

They offer internet radio stations emitted in AM and FM frequencies in which you will be able to enjoy and listen to music genres like rock, pop, electronic music, rap, alternative rock, hip-hop, reggae, reggaeton, bachata, rock and roll, world radios, rock Progressive, trash metal, ballad, salsa, music Spotify, punk, jazz, Christian music, TuneIn Radio, Music Deezer, dance, Tecno, disco, country, house, Tango, Mytuner Radio FM, merengue music, flamenco music, folk, funk, blues, radios of all countries, world radio stations for free, political events, world newspapers, Radio FM,  sports such as (swimming, football, volleyball, basketball, tennis, cricket, badminton, baseball, futsal, rugby, hockey, football, golf)

Now that’s out of the way on to important stuff.

Interface

Radio World – Radio FM Worldwide has a modern look. There’s nothing particularly eye-catching about it, which is a good thing. It’s really easy for you to use, navigate songs, live radios, setting custom playlists, just to name a few. It all makes sense and doesn’t feels intrusive.

Features

The beauty of Radio World – Radio FM Worldwide is that it’s as close to an all-in-one solution as you can get as far as Internet radio for Android is concerned. Choose from many already available music radio playlists or create your own stations based on your favorite artists, songs or genres.

Cost

The best part about this feature packed radio app is that it cost a whopping $0 but it comes with ads. Well you’ve got to give them credit for making it free.

Pros:

  • The app has many features
  • It’s free
  • Cover a wide range of countries

Cons:

  • Availability I couldn’t get any Indonesian station even when I used a VPN.
  • The ads may sometimes seem too intrusive.

Aside from these two minor issues it is safe to say it’s an impressive app and for what it’s worth you should get it now on the Google Play Store.
